Telehealth Appointment Instructions

Via Computer (desktop or laptop)

• Go to a private, safe place of your choosing.
• Click on the link in your appointment reminder, or visit this page and search for your provider by their last name.
• Once you see your provider on the list, click on Vsee waiting room link.
• You may be prompted to download the appropriate software if necessary.
• You will be taken to a new page, Fill in your name and current location and click “Enter”.
• Wait for your provider to connect with you.
• Have your appointment!

Via Mobile (Tablet, iPhone, or Android)

• Go to a private, safe place of your choosing.
• Click on the link in your appointment reminder, or visit this page and search for your provider by their last name.
• Once you see your provider on the list, click on Vsee waiting room link.
• You will be prompted to download the appropriate app (VSee Clinic). Click the link to begin download or be directed to the app.
• Enter your provider’s Room ID (Their last name). Click “Next”.
• Enter your name and click “Enter”. Wait for your provider to connect with you.
