Between 8am and 6pm, our administrative staff is available to take your call, text, email, or instant message. If staff is with another client, we will attempt to contact you within one hour. On weekends and after hours, feel free to contact us using your preferred method, and we will connect with you the following business day.

You can get recommendations for a therapist that best meets your needs by contacting us here, or you can meet our team to choose the best fit for you.

Your First Appointment

We ensure you are well-matched, informed, and comfortable before your first visit, sending all paperwork and directions beforehand.

Finding the best match between you and your counselor is important to us as it leads up to 60% of the success you find in therapy, according to research. At your first appointment, your counselor will create a treatment plan by first learning more about you, your concerns, and your goals. Throughout the process, you will have opportunities to share your feedback about how therapy is working.

Payments & Insurance

Using Health Insurance

Our administrative staff will submit a claim for each session if we are out-of-network. You may receive reimbursement for a portion of the session fee from your insurance company, and it typically reduces your out-of-network deductible.

Since mental health coverage is often different than the medical policy, we are pleased to contact your insurance company for your policy benefits and the cost per session after taking into account deductibles, co-insurance, co-pays, etc.
